Processing of reservation is done manually during office hours only from 8:00am to 6:30pm daily. Reservations received beyond these times will be counted the following day. Our system will only process reservations 3 days before scheduled departure.

Guidelines on ticket reservation:
- Reservation must be made at least three (3) days before scheduled departure.
- Approved reservations must be claimed and paid at least 48 hours before scheduled departure.
- Registered users may reserve tickets for other passengers.
- All reservations are tentative unless tickets are purchased.
- A maximum of Php 25 per ticket as service fee when purchased outside the corporate ticket office.
